Ultra Shield For all of you that are currently under Ultra Shield's Warranty and a stain or damage occurs, please follow these steps: STEP 1: When a spill occurs, simply blot the spill with a clean white cloth or a dry sponge. If this does not remedy the stain, proceed to STEP 2. STEP 2: Contact Ultra Shield Customer Care within 5 days of the stain or damage occurrence. Their Customer Care Representatives will assess the stain and may, based on the type and material of the furniture, provide a cleaning kit or advice on removing the stain. If the stain persists, proceed to STEP 3. STEP 3: Ultra Shield will dispatch an authorized technician to remove the stain or repair the damaged area.
