COVID-19 Temporary Closure FAQ's

As you are aware, the impact of COVID-19 has had a tremendous impact on businesses, in recent weeks, and has culminated with most Provinces forcing all non-essential businesses to temporarily close because of the pandemic. We support these decisions and given the directives issued by the various Provinces, Surplus Furniture and Mattress Warehouse has temporarily closed its stores where mandated to do so. In the provinces where we are temporarily closed, we are now taking phone orders for curbside pickup Monday-Saturday 11am to 5pm or delivery (where available). We want to also reassure everyone that we are still working to make sure all your questions are answered! You can follow us on any of our social channels for updates or email your questions through our contact us page and (please indicate the location that is pertinent to your question).

Phone Orders for Locations that are Temporary Closure
We are now taking phone orders for curbside pickup Monday-Saturday 11am to 5pm (or curbside delivery in some locations) in the locations we have been mandated to temporarily close.  Please call your local store to place your order.

Customers Scheduled for Pick-up/Delivery
You can schedule your order for curbside pick-up or delivery (where available) by calling your local store Monday-Saturday 11am to 5pm. 

Layaway Payments
If you would like to continue making Layaway payments, this can be done as an online payment. If instructions are needed, please submit an email through our contact us page and we will send you the instructions.

Duration of Temporary Closure
We will re-open once the various provinces approve the opening of all non-essential businesses.

General Questions
Other general questions, not addressed here, can still be sent through our contact us page and we will respond as quickly as possible (Please indicate the location that is pertinent to your question).

Honouring Flyer Promotions
Our promotions/e-flyers can be seen using online apps and websites such as FlippReebee, SmartCanucksRed Flag or our own website. We will honour any and all promotions from the beginning of March onward (cannot combine)! Once you have found your deal, in any of those promotions, simply call your local store and place your order over the phone. Alternately, you can save it to your phone or tablet, and we can provide you with that same offer once our stores reopen!

We look forward to seeing you in our stores real soon but hope you will take advantage of the big savings while we take phone orders. We will also continue to closely monitor the situation and will adjust our schedules and policies accordingly.
